Franziska Rueeck, Chief Experience Officer at O&L, brings extensive hospitality management experience. As part of operations management at KFG Munich, she was part of managing events and hotel operations, refining her skills in service efficiency. As Guest Relations Manager in charge at various Kempinski properties in Munich, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Berchtesgaden and Berlin, Franziska has consistently focused on optimising operations to deliver unparalleled service standards, underpinning her commitment to quality and guest experience excellence.

Franziska has consistently demonstrated her exceptional value to the O&L Group through her dynamic career progression and impactful contributions. In 2023, she served as the O&L Persona Brand Manager at O&L Leisure, where she initiated and executed brand strategies that enhanced the company’s market presence. Recognizing her remarkable achievements, she began taking on responsibilities at the O&L Group level.

In 2024, Franziska was promoted to Chief Experience Officer for the entire O&L Group. In this role, she has focused on embodying and promoting the O&L Persona, with a particular emphasis on effective communication both internally and externally. Her efforts have significantly improved Quality Assurance and Customer Experience across all touchpoints within the group, ensuring that O&L’s values are consistently reflected in every aspect of the business. Franziska’s extensive background in operations and guest relations, along with her commitment to excellence, makes her a perfect fit for the O&L Vision 2029 journey of renewal and transformation while her passion for enhancing guest experiences and her meticulous attention to detail will undoubtedly enrich the O&L team in achieving new heights.
