O&L Nexentury GmbH (“Nexentury”) is a subsidiary of Ohlthaver & List Finance and Trading Corporation Limited (“O&L”), Namibia’s largest privately held group of companies, with revenues contributing roughly 4% to GDP. O&L has business interests in food production, fishing, beverages, farming, retail trade, information technology, property leasing and development, renewable power generation, marine engineering, steel retailing, advertising and the leisure and hospitality industry.

Nexentury represents the energy branch of the Group and focuses on the development and implementation of renewable energy systems in Africa and Europe.

Nexentury is an experienced EPC contractor and IPP developer of renewable energy systems as well as an early market mover and innovator with an extensive track record in Africa and Europe. With in-house engineering, project finance, legal and asset operations, Nexentury is a vertically integrated IPP developer of photovoltaic power plants.

Nexentury’s scope of the value chain includes greenfield land development, Power Plant design and engineering, capital raising and its own strategic equity investments.

In addition, the company offers EPC and O&M contracting services as well as lifetime asset management for utility-scale solar PV power plants, PV diesel hybrid plants and solar mini-grids in Sub-Saharan Africa. Nexentury has offices in Cape Town, Windhoek, Munich, Abidjan and Gaborone.
