Windhoek – The Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group proudly celebrated their high-performing operating companies (OpCo’s) at the annual O&L Persona Awards.

The Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group honoured its outstanding employees at the annual Value Star Awards, held on Friday, 27 September 2024.

Namibia Dairies recently hosted and successfully completed a company-wide engagement initiative, the “MD’s Roadshow and Persona Forum”, held throughout July 2024.

Launched in March 2024, the "I AM the O&L Persona" campaign is a powerful initiative across all Operating Companies within the O&L Group.

The Recycle Namibia Forum, a non-profit and membership-driven organisation, recently launched its new education campaign with the introduction of a mascot named Rubbish Ronnie.

Appreciating the value that play adds to creating quality education and fostering optimal development, the Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group officially unveiled a new playground on 2 March 2022 to complement the Oshinamumwe Early Childhood Development Centre near Omuthiya – also sponsored by the Group last year. The approximately N$65 000 investment by the Group included a jungle gym and slide set, seesaw, swing set and merry-go-round, constructed and installed by O&L Group subsidiary, Kraatz Engineering.

From 1-4 November 2021, the Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group hosted their Value Star Awards for the 2021 financial year. The annual awards ceremony celebrates the O&L employees from each of the Group’s subsidiaries who exemplify O&L’s Values and help bring its Purpose and Vision to life.

More than 6,000 employees of the Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group recently received their latest corporate casual golf-shirts, manufactured by Namibian manufacturer, Dinapama Manufacturers and Supplies.

Namibia Breweries Limited (NBL) – a subsidiary of the Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group – has after years of being one of the main sponsors of the annual Windhoek Oktoberfest, taken full ownership of the event, and as such promises a bigger and better festival. This announcement was made at the official launch of the 61st Windhoek Oktoberfest this week.

The winning school of the annual 2018/19 Schools Recycling Competition (SRC) hosted by the Recycle Namibia Forum (RNF) set a new record in the 10th edition of this much anticipated event on the local environmental sustainability calendar.
