Their contribution does not end when they leave employment. OL Legends is the formal expression of this commitment. Rooted in Mwenyopaleka — the Oshiwambo word for rebirth — it draws on the idea that OL is constantly renewing itself through the people who join and those who return. OL Legends gives that renewal a name, a structure and a home.It reconnects former employees to the Group as part of a wider OL family.

It creates a platform for recognition, storytelling, mentorship, knowledge sharing and continued contribution.
