Rooted in Mwenyopaleka, the Oshiwambo concept of rebirth, the programme reflects the belief that OL is continually renewed through the people who join us, grow with us and carry our spirit into the wider world. OL Legends gives that connection a home, creating a sense of belonging that extends beyond employment.
Through recognition, storytelling, mentorship, knowledge sharing and ongoing engagement, OL Legends keeps our shared story alive while supporting future generations of OL people.
