Broll Namibia is a world-class, independent property services company in Namibia, founded in 2003 through a strategic partnership between the Broll Property Group South Africa and the Ohlthaver & List (OL) Group.
In 2024, the Ohtlhaver & List Group purchased the remaining 49.9% ordinary shares from Broll Property Group (Pty) Ltd and became the wholly owned shareholder of Broll Namibia. Broll Namibia is now a franchisee of Broll Property Group (Pty) Ltd (Broll SA) and the franchise agreement became effective on 1 July 2024.
