The O&L Group hosted its annual Persona Awards, themed Arabian Nights, on 29 November 2025 at Midgard, recognising exceptional business performance and leadership across its Operating Companies for the 2025 financial year.

The prestigious event celebrated teams and leaders who embody the O&L Persona's core characteristics of being authentic, caring and passionate – values that continue to drive the Group's journey toward Vision 2029.

"The O&L Persona Awards is one of those special moments where we can all sit back, reflect and take pride in what we have achieved, together," said Franziska Rüeck, Chief Experience Officer at O&L Group. "All of us are part of a story that is much bigger than any individual achievement. It is the story of a Group that continues to evolve, to lead and to dream boldly."
Reflecting on a year of significant transformation, Rüeck acknowledged the resilience demonstrated across the Group. "Over the past year, we went through a lot of changes and some of them were quite bold ones. Through it all, I am really proud of each of our companies and our employees because, despite the changes, we remained resilient, adapted and achieved significant milestones."
