The Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group honoured its outstanding employees at the annual Value Star Awards, held on Friday, 27 September 2024. The prestigious event recognised individuals across the Group’s various operating companies who have demonstrated exceptional dedication to O&L’s philosophy of authenticity, care and passion.
Addressing the audience, O&L Executive Chairman, Sven Thieme, reflected on the importance of the evening: “Each year, this event leaves me inspired and amazed by the exceptional contributions of our Value Stars. More than ever, we’ve aligned our actions to reflect who we are as O&L. Tonight, we celebrate excellence, which is not always about breakthrough innovations but about consistently striving to be better and making meaningful contributions.”
