Windhoek – The Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group proudly celebrated their high-performing operating companies (OpCo’s) at the annual O&L Persona Awards, held on Friday, 22 November 2024, at O&L Leisure’s mountain paradise, Midgard. This inaugural, prestigious event celebrates the exceptional performance of O&L Group operating companies, recognising those who embody the core values of the O&L Persona of being authentic, caring and passionate.
The O&L Persona Awards recognise significant achievements across various categories during the F24 financial year, reflecting the O&L Vision 2029 of profitable and sustainable ROA, N$ 2,5 billion EBIT, Great Place to Work Top 10 and an O&L Persona score above 85%. This year’s ceremony once again highlighted the remarkable efforts of the operating companies, inspiring all employees to embody these values and strive for breakthrough.
Sven Thieme, Executive Chairman of O&L Group expressed his sincere gratitude for the hard work over the past year and emphasised the significance of these awards: “Our Persona Awards are a testament of our journey towards Vision 2029.
