The newly established one-year substantive agreement, effective from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025, underscores the company’s unwavering commitment to its employees and the Namibian community.

Reflecting on the past year, Farmers Meat has faced numerous challenges, yet remained steadfast in focusing its efforts on the well-being of our employees. This agreement reaffirms our drive towards Vision 2029 and our brand of being authentic, caring, and passionate.

This wage agreement is not just a milestone; it is a reaffirmation of our commitment to our people and our vision for a prosperous future. Together, we continue to build a legacy of excellence, resilience, and shared success, driving forward with passion and purpose towards a brighter and sustainable tomorrow.
